Foods Inc. is a family owned and operated company committed to excellence
in providing customers with the highest quality Mexican food products
and the most reliable service possible.
MexAmerica Foods was founded by Gerry and Sue Riddle who came to
know the taste of fine Mexican food while living in the American
southwest. There they learned how to make delicious meals and tortillas
the authentic Mexican way and, in 1987, decided to bring their knowledge
to the east coast. After months of effort, Gerry and Sue arrived
at their own special formulation that enabled them to duplicate
and mass-produce tortillas like those they found in the southwest.
Today, MexAmerica Foods is a state-of-the-art operation that actively
markets its top quality Mexican food products through various promotional
and advertising programs.
The people at MexAmerica continually research new product ideas
and listen to consumer responses and requests, ensuring that the
needs of their customers are met now and will be met in the future. |

MexAmerica
uses only the highest quality raw ingredients to blend its special
dough for making flour tortillas. This dough is  then
"pressed" and baked.
Unlike other methods which produce dry, crumbly tortillas, the "press"
method seals the surfaces of the flour tortilla and locks in moisture.
Thus, MexAmerica flour tortillas are easily rolled and folded without
breaking and can be used with delicious fillings or sauces without
becoming soggy.
This same consistent high quality is found throughout MexAmerica's
entire line of enriched flour, whole-wheat flour, yellow and white
corn tortillas.
MexAmerica also makes authentic yellow, white and blue corn tortilla
chips as well as its own blend of savory taco and fajita seasonings.
The company supplies products to both retail and food service accounts.
Most MexAmerica products are kosher certified through the Orthodox
