Soft Corn Tortillas...
MexAmerica soft corn tortillas are made fresh using stone ground corn from the Midwest, and shipped daily to grocers and food service companies. Our corn, or "table" tortillas are available made with White, Yellow, or Organic Blue corn. These table tortillas are great when warmed and used for making traditional Mexican dishes such at tacos or quesadillas. Or, for the consumer looking for something non-Hispanic, MexAmerica corn tortillas are great with peanut butter & jelly, or rolled with a slice of ham and some cheese, then microwaved for about 15 seconds. Our corn tortillas have no trans fat and are gluten free.
Corn tortillas are available in the traditional 6" size. Ask for them at your local grocer.
